We have very fond memories of Mabel. She was a very good friend of Leonard Durand who was my Father. She welcomed his family into her home and was a very generous and caring person. The many beautiful quilts Mabel and my Dad created are still widely enjoyed by Leonard's extended family. We are sure she is resting peacefully.
